Adding attachments to your scheduled events and resources

You can click the Attachments tab in any Event, Task, or Resource to add your own documents, or links to documents you have stored in other services like Dropbox, Google Drive, Box etc. You can also upload your documents to our servers.

To your Events you can add documents specific for just that event. These could be completed forms, job sheets, or uploaded images related to that event.

When you add attachments to a Resource these can be seen when previewing the resource details, but also in any event where this resource is tagged. This is great when attachments could be needed in any event with the tagged resource.

An example resource could be an informational resource like Excel Training Course. Attached to this resource could be 3 documents for the agenda, course checklist, and exam sheet. Whenever this resource is tagged in any event, all these documents will be accessible under the Events Attachments tab, Recommended Attachments section.

You can edit or delete any attachments by clicking the Edit link on the right of the attachment name.

I have added an attachment to an event from OneDrive - when viewing the list of attachments on the tab, it's just the full link and I don't know what the attachment is without opening it. Can we add a 'Display text' so a more descriptive name can be given or something similar?
