MSVCR80.dll is missing

If you receive an error when trying to send emails through Outlook or when trying open MS Office documents through Schedule it then Windows maybe missing some standard files. (MSVCR80.dll)

If this message is only shown when you try to send the key request email then you can choose NO to sending the email automatically and manually create the email typing the details shown.

The Microsoft Visual C++ library can be installed using the Microsoft Redistribution files. Download from:

/download/vcredist_x86.exe

If this doesn't fix the error then a repair can be done through Office itself. Follow these steps:

Open MS Word
Click on the Office Orb in the upper left of the screen
Click Word Options
Click Resources
Click Diagnose


If this does not fix the problem you can download the files from Microsoft which will install and update the necessary files...
