How to change the date or time format?

In the desktop software the time and date format is taken from your Windows settings. You can change how Windows display your time and date in the Windows control panel/Regional settings.

In your online account you can set your companies default format in Account Settings > Advanced Account Settings.

For users of the mobile app, each user can set their preference in the Settings menu top right.

(12hr, 24hr, 12, 24, hour, military, time, date, month, date, year)
