As the Schedule It database is a real live database where multiple users all connect together, it must be stored live in a single place that all users can access.
You cannot store it on a cloud or offline folder as the local user does not connect to the real database file, but opens a local copy made by their cloud/synced drive provider.
Why is this bad to use a cloud/synced folder?
When any user makes a change, then their changes are uploaded to the cloud, then downloaded by other users computers, which can completely replace their local file and any changes other users have made.
For real database applications each user must connect directly to the real live file on a mapped/shared network drive and not local copies in any synced/offline folders.
