What is a seat/license?

A seat is a dedicated user login used by anybody who uses the software or mobile apps to plan, update, or just view the information. The resources you are scheduling are unlimited as are the people, rooms, equipment etc that you are planning the actual events for.

Pay per seat/user/login. As a comparison, in Microsoft Excel you pay for users of the software but you are allowed unlimited rows. Schedule It is the same, we charge for users/logins but you can have unlimited rows/resources/people. This means you cannot share the same login on multiple devices at the same time with other users. Other tools that allow you unlimited users/logins charge you for each row/people you add to your schedule. We find the latter very restrictive and expensive as you start to schedule more.
