Email addresses in Outlook are not separated but have commas

To allow Outlook to accept emails with a comma as a separator for multiple recipients, go to File > Options > Mail and then check the box that says "Commas can be used to separate multiple message recipients" within the settings; by default, Outlook uses semicolons to separate email addresses.
