How do I renew our licenses, subscription?

Renewing your license

If your current license is due to expire, has expired, or your trial period has ended you can renew or purchase new licenses anytime directly from our website. We are also able to offer other payment methods if required.

Online licenses can be renewed directly from your Account Settings page, then click the Renew Plan button. This ensures the credit is added immediately to your account.

You do not need to wait until your current license expires as new licenses will continue from the end of your current license period so no days will be lost and you can renew early to be sure of uninterrupted use.

There is no difference in the purchase of new or renewal licenses. We will contact you following your purchase to confirm any details we may need for your renewal.

If you do not wish to renew your license there is no action needed by you. The software will stop working once your license period has expired. If you decide to renew, or not to renew, we would welcome any comments or feedback.
