How to hide, unhide or show a group?

All your Groups and Resources can always be found from your Account Settings page (top right menu), then Groups. Clicking the name of any Group or Resource allows you to change its details.

In the group details you can choose to show or hide the group from the main schedule and/or from the event window for selection.

Group visibility can also be effected by the Users View settings where groups can be set as visible or hidden from that user.
